At pilloleperaumentareilpene-it.eu, we work with trusted order fulfillment and shipping partners to produce, package, and deliver your poster prints safely. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, and delivery-related responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, produce, and package your order before it is handed over to a shipping carrier. During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to available destinations shown during checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination country, fulfillment location, and carrier service availability.

If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide available options, which may include order cancellation and refund.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery time may vary based on destination, carrier service, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

United States Orders

  • Estimated delivery: Usually 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: Usually 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that these timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically offered and selected at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order. Our standard shipping rates are:

  • United States: Free shipping
  • European Union countries: $10.00 shipping rate
  • All other countries and regions: $14.00 shipping rate

We also offer free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. The minimum order amount is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

If a shipping promotion is available, the promotion details and eligibility requirements will be shown on our website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Packaging & Protection

We take care to package each order securely so your artwork can arrive in good condition. Packaging may vary depending on the product type, size, destination, and fulfillment partner.

  • Poster prints: May be shipped in protective tubes, flat mailers, or other suitable packaging depending on size and fulfillment method

7. Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to discuss available options. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customs processing may also delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or import regulations in the destination country.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and assist you.

If your package appears lost or has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help review the tracking information and available next steps.

10. Delivery Delays

While we work to provide timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather disruptions, holidays, incorrect address information, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will do our best to help you resolve delivery-related concerns.
