1. Return Window

You may contact us to request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return requests made after 14 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged by the customer, and returned in its original packaging when applicable.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

You may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match the product you ordered
  • You are not satisfied with your order and contact us within the 14-day return window

4. Return Labels and Return Shipping

Return labels are not included inside the package.

If the issue is caused by us, such as a damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or fulfillment error, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. Depending on the situation, we may provide a prepaid return label by email, provide return instructions, issue a refund, send a replacement, or confirm that returning the original item is not required.

If an item is not defective and the issue is not caused by us, the order is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. In these cases, we do not provide a prepaid return label.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and assist you.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution. In some cases, you may not need to return the original item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final-sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as final sale
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without required packaging when applicable

Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Since payments are processed through PayPal, the refund may appear in your PayPal account, credit card, debit card, or original PayPal-supported payment method depending on how you paid.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the issue was caused by our error.

8. Exchanges and Replacements
